I have paid all my bills upon receipt (whatever my insurance company did not cover). I just opened the mail today and I have a bill from November that says I will be turned into collections and they have sent multiple bills. I have not seen one. I will pay it immediately tomorrow, just as I have always done. Poor accounting department and the staff is not overly friendly either. Barely spent 2 minutes in the room with me. Then said he wants to do cortisone shots in my spine and hips. I went there for the pain associated with my fibromyalgia. He made feel like a drug seeker, and did nothing to help me with my pain management.
Visited his Davenport office for my third injection today. Personally treated me with almost zero respect. I felt degraded and less of a person than ever. As far as shots went, 1. Some relief (20-25%) 2. Slept the whole way home and woke up in more pain then when initially seen. 3. Time will tell, but I absolutely refuse to visit his practice again.
