My wife has had a TERRIBLE experience at this clinic. The receptionists are nice, but that's where the good experience ends and ends ABRUPTLY. We waited almost 2 hours to be seen at a scheduled appointment. We did not just walk in asking for help. It was SCHEDULED. I get things happen and stuff comes up, but 2 hours is unacceptable, especially when it involves pain. This unfortunately is not where the nightmare ends...oh no. They seem nice enough but the doctor does not schedule after the morning until his mornings are filled. The assistant told me that's how all doctors are. I don't appreciate the gaslighting, other doctor facilities accommodate the time to the patient, not the doctor.
I would give zero stars if I could. Within the last 2 years I’ve survived a liver/kidney transplant, ankle reconstruction surgery & total knee replacement. They made me see all 4 physicians, treated me like an addict, and eventually abandoned me as a patient- literally dropped me & refused to even continue lumbar injections. I’ve been in the hospital for what feels like years & I’ve NEVER been treated the way they treated me. I would not refer an enemy to this place.
