They never answer there phone and are never there! I know the Dr has been sick but since October! But what does one do when they live in so much pain! Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! I haven’t ever been more disappointed in my life! Plus they were supposed to call me back with an appointment and I haven’t heard a word for my 2nd shot!!!

After waiting months for a critical procedure to help with neck pain I get a call 2hrs before my procedure canceling and saying they will have to reschedule at a different date. Since I had to wait so long for this appointment I am now concerned I won’t get relief in the next couple months.

I'm writing for my elderly parents in VT. My mother has been suffering for many months, received a recommendation, and solidified an appointment that took several weeks to obtain. They drove nearly 100 miles from their home and inadvertently arrived about 15 minutes late due to traffic, etc. They were denied their appointment and turned away. continuity of care is not important. I received injections, passed out and never heard from this facility again. They also failed to provide informed consent.

Way better than UVM financially and service wise. Also very experienced doctors and staff.
