Awful front-line service — it’s almost like you’re bothering them when you call. I called to see if the referral had been received by them yet in order to arrange an appointment. The person who answered the phone asked me a question I wasn’t sure what she meant, so I asked, “What do you mean?” She repeated what I said in a very attitude-filled tone, which instantaneously gave the wrong impression.
