I’m a new patient and when I walked into the office it was pleasant and the staff was friendly and caring and very patient with me the forms was a lot on me to fill out but it was necessary. The doctor was pleasant and was very concerned and very very helpful in planning a strategy to my needs. I have no complaints.
Went to the Houston location on Wednesday 6/13 with my mother-in-law and she was new patient. When I first walked in it wasn't crowed which is a plus. The two young ladies that work at the front was very friendly and made us feel comfortable and also helped us fill out the paperwork(even though it was a mini novel) Dr Lin took his time and explained everything thoroughly - the whole process from walking to exiting the office was a total of 45 mins which as a new patient I don't think that was bad Look forward for out next Dr... read more
I'm writing this 1.5 hours past my appointment... sitting and waiting. Receptionist don't look you in the eye, mumble and laugh about the patients. Ask about being seen and they continue to mumble and not look at you. Doctor spends more time hanging out with pill pusher reps than patients. If it wasn't for my upcoming surgery I wouldn't be here. Will be telling my surgeon never to send me back here.
