Ever since they change doctors and staff they are rude and make you jump through hoops. I had a family emergency and miss my appointment but called the next day. They said to bad and nothing they can do. Also I requested the doctor to call me and no calls back. If I did not need my meds I would not go there. I would not recommend them to my worse enemy. The main problem is that they are very quick to want to move you to anther pain clinic. Very sad the way people are treated.
