I have been seeing the fine doctors at IPS for several years now, Dr Lipman has done several Nerve Ablations and placed an internal stimulator that is helping a lot. I have had only pleasant experiences with all of his staff and the other doctors that work in his clinic, they are all caring and very polite. I would recommend this fine doctor and his staff to any and everyone looking for pain management.
I fail to understand the negative reviews I see here. I have been a patient of Dr. Lipman for quite some time. The office staff have always been courteous and helpful whether in person or on the phone. Messages sent via the patient portal have been answered quickly and thoroughly. Dr. Bonis is nice enough but I’ve learned that he lies. When I first saw him he told me he could get me the medication I needed for my pain. I saw Dr. Lipman in Redding and he refused to listen to me and only prescribed me Tramadol. When I went back to Dr. Bonis, instead of giving me a different prescription he said “well did you try taking two?”, “Did you try taking three?”. I have a witness. Update...on feb 25th i tried again. All i got was recording. There is absolutely NO OPTION to spk to live person AT ALL!!! THIS deserves no stars. Their phone system is bad. I use a TTY. FIRST, i had the operator list all the options. Heres where the trouble is..when i chose option 2, for established patients, all i wanted was to spk to live person to make appointment.
