I had a procedure scheduled this morning. I went in fasting for 12 hours and no pain medication for the past five days. Walked in to be told that we have to reschedule. We’ve been trying to reach you because the doctor is out of the country. I got no phone calls from them Whatsoever. I have gotten texts from them for the past week, reminding me and confirming my appointment for this morning. I was being treated by this clinic for close to 4 years and the whole time I was treated like a no body! Now unfortunately when you have chronic pain you really hate trying to find another pain clinic within a reasonable time frame but you and I know it takes the insurance company about 3 to 4 months to get you in to a pain management clinic then another month or 2 just to get you going on the track you possibly need and this is why I stayed with this clinic for so long! If there a spot of 0 star I wish I could have give them one. They are Not very professional and even told us if we don’t want to come here, go find yourself a new doctor or pain management specialist. Don’t even want to work with us, and Very bad at getting a hold of them to schedule an appointment and talk to someone on the phone. Very poor communication.
