If there were a way to leave ZERO STARS we would! We waited weeks to be seen, and then spent an hour in waiting room only to be sent away and told that we needed to go to Barnes. Said he was having a flare up right now for his pancreatitis and he needed to go to the emergency room. Very unprofessional. Would not recommen!

I jumped through hoops to get a referral to this office. They would not even call to get me an appointment. When I called Melissa their person who does referrals was never in the office. I tried one more time to get in touch with someone in there office only for them to say the same thing that melissa was not there. Then the woman hung up on me. If I could give 0 stars, I would. If anything, the 1 star would be to the kind medical assistants. This was my very FIRST appointment, and it was the most uncomfortable. She made me wait in the lobby for almost 3 hours. (Time billing) When I finally was able to be seen, Dr Bashir was very rude and didn’t listen to a word I had to say in regard to my injury and pain.
