staff treat you like you are scum for taking pain medication. When you call for refills they are in no hurry to refill the medication. They say they will call you when the script is ready for pick up but they never do call. There is no compassion and no caring given from the staff. The doctor sees so many patients that he doesn't remember you from a month ago even though you may have seen him every month for a year.
