Overall I usually have a good experience with Interventional Pain Management. I share this and hope it will be received. I had an appointment for a proceedure and learned aoon after arriving and only because i noticed a different doctors name on my records..that my usual physician was not doing the proceedure and a new doctor would be. Dr. Dyall and his staff, starting with the check in staff is always so pleasant and professional, the clinical staff is patient, professional and understanding m, Dr. Dyall professional and respectful as usual with and unlimited amount of knowledge. Finally the check out staff professional and courteous, makes you can't wait for your next appointment.
I just want to thank Dr Poonia and Shama. I have been going here for about 2 years. Shama is an amazing PA She really seems to care about me and my pain level. Also the office staff is excellent. Every phone call is always returned and the problem is taken care. Of as fast as possible. Thanks again
