Good afternoon After been in the office for almost 1hr waiting, I approach to the receptionist and ask her why they haven’t call me and her respond was that she was waitting for a Spanish speaker. I ask her if I ask for some one that speaks Spanish and she told me she assumed that I need some one to translate it. What make her thinks I need some one to translate. I feel descriminated.
Tried to get an appt. I filled out a request form online. They called me back and left voice mail with details to call back another number. I called back and the man says it’s a mistake and he doesn’t know what I’m talking bout. I explained that they just finished leaving a voicemail etc. If either him or not he could’ve at least look into it. Terrible
