Horrible service. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Bernstein for my husband . This morning I received a text message that my 2:30 appointment has been changed to 4:30 because the doctor was going to start late. We arrived to the appointment at 4:15. It’s currently 6:00pm and we haven’t seen the doctor yet.
