The front desk was such a mess I didn’t even bother getting to the doctors I figured if they tolerated such incompetence at the front what should I expect from the physician’s themselves. Was sent a referral for a time sensitive procedure from my doctors office on 11-5-25 my doctor told me if I hadn’t heard from them in a week to follow up with them I did twice at which point I was told don’t call them they would call me then by 11-17 I had an appointment with my doctors I told him I was unable to get the procedure done he a... read more
Dr. McNelly is awesome. Takes the time to explain things and answer questions. Did not feel rushed at all.
Dr. Slepicka, when a patient tells you they feel a certain way, you cannot dismissed what they say. You can't tell them they are wrong about how medication affects a patient or makes them feel. This has been bothering alot me since our last appointment, and i cant see you guys for two months to tell you how you made me feel, that seems wrong. If medical staff want patients to respect them, they need to show at least fake concerns for the patients feelings if they can't manage have real ones.

I was given a referrel to see Dr Krafft for my pain meds. He was Rude & did Not listen to what I had to say. He is a bully & very arrogant. He ordered a mri & it showed lots of artritis & nerve damage in my back.. I have Rhumatoid arthritis & fibromyalgia..His words to me was "Fibromyalgia is a crop out. It doesnt exist. IF & he said it very snotty like-If there is any pain, it is caused by other issues. He would not listen to me AT ALL...I would NEVER refer anybody to see this person, that being Ryan Krafft
