Updated...04-30-2026 Had my first this morning and love the new place, and still the great friendly and caring staff. Now to the important stuff, the place is still being set up so if you haven't gone yet and you're about to get your first visit be prepared to sit and wait a little while possibly. I heard them say there's five doctors and only 10 rooms available for patients to sit in while they're waiting to speak to the doctor or nurses. I didn't receive my medication over the weekend supposed to get it Saturday they never sent it to my pharmacy after they said they did
At first I thought they cared, but now I see they only do the minimum and charge you by the minutes 1-10 min- $106.00 and 11-19 min is 157.00. This place is all about the money. Not the patient. They do not manage your treatment plan. You see the doctor rarely. Been 3 yrs and no help.
Love love Dr Ira Chapman except he’s retiring and we’ve got to start with a different Dr.
