Found out today they're trying to move into a new building and get rid of the hospital charging us to use the building which will save me $150 a visit to use a building. So I'm super excited for that part, not sure the location yet so if you go there you'll find out when I do, if you don't go there I'll try to remember to update a location to help new people find it if it's not located on Google maps yet by then or Google searches. Was supposed to have the medications I take filled yesterday and it never happened. No call, no explanation, nothing. Today they’re closed. They get to enjoy their Christmas while they leave patients to suffer. Happy holidays I guess. Update: They saw to it I recovered my medications during the weekend, so upgrading from one star to three.
As I sit in their waiting room as a patient for 7 years ish. I have loved all my docs and ANPs there. Procedure wise and appropriate care for my spine. Chatman and Mc Nelly and everyone love them all thank you!!!
The front desk was such a mess I didn’t even bother getting to the doctors I figured if they tolerated such incompetence at the front what should I expect from the physician’s themselves. Was sent a referral for a time sensitive procedure from my doctors office on 11-5-25 my doctor told me if I hadn’t heard from them in a week to follow up with them I did twice at which point I was told don’t call them they would call me then by 11-17 I had an appointment with my doctors I told him I was unable to get the procedure done he a... read more
Dr. McNelly is awesome. Takes the time to explain things and answer questions. Did not feel rushed at all.
