I’ve not been to this practice but if the attitude of the receptionist/scheduler is anything to go by, I want no part of dealing with them. The lady was pure rude, chastising me for leaving a strong voicemail when I never got a callback as promised. There are way too many other options in Lakewood Ranch and I will be exercising them.
Had a referral for Pain Mgmt. A friend told me about Dr. Bernotus. I called and was initially told I would receive a call back (never did). A week later I called the office back again, was asked for my referral which I sent along with addtl. medical info. I had to call back again to receive the following info. The office staff stated to me “The dr. will not be taking your case.” I asked why?
