My sisters and I all grew up having Dr. Thacker as our primary. 38 years later and my son now goes to him. He is caring, knowledgeable, and I trust him with my sons health over anyone else.
Dr Blake seemed to be a straight and to the point Spector during regular scheduled visits. When my wife went into early labor everything that was happening to my wife was a bother to him. He was constantly on his phone and could not care any less about what was happening.
Dr. Schofield is a kind and compassionate healthcare provider!! I always leave her office feeling reassured and informed. Would highly recommend for those seeking a PCP in the Gardner area.
I have had Dr. Schooled for over 20 years. I love her! She takes the time to really talk to you and understand your concerns. She isn't one to rush you through like an assembly line. She has taken upwards of an hour to speak with me on a few times. I would recommend her highly.
Scheduled appointments without ever contacting me except to let me know they'd been scheduled with no prior notice. Sent the completely wrong medication to my pharmacy. It took over a week of me calling her office every single day before the error was corrected. Found out she's out of the office this week, and the policy of her practice is nobody else there can talk to me. Without notice. Refused to prescribe me any medications. Some of the drugs because of the warnings should have never been even considered to be given to my wife in the first place! It is plain as day that there must have been some sinister reason when choosing and administering medications for my wife's illness. The drugs Zyprexa and Risperdal both plainly have clear warnings about not to give them to elderly patients with dementia. They went ahead and gave my wife these drugs, totally disregarding those warnings.
Never have I seen such an incompetent office run, requesting medical information be faxed, was ridiculous. HIPPA is meant to assist in your care, not inhibit it, but with them it inhibited it. Release of information faxed to them and still could not forward my information. Then charging me for a copay already paid, and having the audacity to say it was never paid, when every other copay had been paid on my cc, but I have to show proof, because they are incompetent. Go to Boston, don't waste your time with incompetence>
She takes time to explain everything to you, I have never felt rushed. Addressed all my situations. Very happy with her as my Doctor.
