My appt with the Dr. started 30 minutes late and our 15 minutes felt very rushed. My primary reason for the visit was completely dismissed. He kept saying, "I can only address your worst pain in this visit," and while my neck pain is the most severe, exercise helps it, but my arm and hand pain prevent me from participating in activities (like yoga and weight lifting) that help moderate it. I met with Alysia for the first time. My husband and I have been quite disappointed with much of the specialist work in the area, so honestly we weren't holding out much hope for this visit. We left the appointment and both said at the same time...I REALLY LIKE HER. She was so attentive, cooperative, understanding, and willing to work with me to resolve my problem. It wasn't cookie-cutter treatment. Thank you Alysia. You have given me hope! I'll be back!
Waiting time and basic evaluations were completed extremely expeditiously. Nurse practitioner reviewed medical history and was comphrehensive. Provided options to proceed with a more in-depth assessment process.
