Very unprofessional front desk staff. Made a disabled lady who was 8 minutes late reschedule like we wouldn’t have been waiting in the lobby for more than that waiting on the provider.
It was great! I love the whole staff at the Lumberton NC, location, they are amazing and thanks for the love and care that you all give💚💚💚💚
My appointment was at 1:30 and it is now almost 4 and I have not seen a doctor yet. I have been sitting in this little tiny room for almost 2 hours.
Went there hoping to get perk tens and left out with only tramadil what kind of business are they running here so I got back I'm my 1987 Dotson and left
Sadly there wasn't a no star button. The lady at the desk was a pleasure. The doctor Munez or whatever her name is, is horrible and straight out told me she had no sympathy for my situation because I took bc powders, advice, and ibuprofen for pain. Nothing else in my system. She said she wasn't comfortable giving me my pain meds because I couldn't control taking bc powders and ibuprofen! She's a joke. I would not recommend thos facility
