1. Authorization expired and still had appointments scheduled with no knowledge of expired authorization. Called VA and asked them to renew authorization. Was receiving treatment and had went 2 months without because noone had informed me they had renewed it. Do NOT under any circumstances trust this clinic with your health or that they even remotely willing to help you ! I have never seen so many nasty , rude and unprofessional people ( can’t even call it staff ) in one place ! I’m contacting coorperate as we speak and tricare told me they will be removing them from their network due to too many complaint !
Run from this place. Horrible service. Dr shouldn’t treat animals, let alone people in pain. Filthy place. Just horrendous services
