1. Authorization expired and still had appointments scheduled with no knowledge of expired authorization. Called VA and asked them to renew authorization. Was receiving treatment and had went 2 months without because noone had informed me they had renewed it. Everytime I called they said VA hadnt sent it until one day they told me they had it for over a month! 2. Do NOT under any circumstances trust this clinic with your health or that they even remotely willing to help you ! I have never seen so many nasty , rude and unprofessional people ( can’t even call it staff ) in one place ! I’m contacting coorperate as we speak and tricare told me they will be removing them from their network due to too many complaint !
Run from this place. Horrible service. Dr shouldn’t treat animals, let alone people in pain. Filthy place. Just horrendous services
