Always a pleasure treating with Dr. Tran. The IPW team is responsive and always in reach in accommodating consultations and appointments. As a returning patient, afraid of needles and all things incision, Dr. Tran is great at treating pain areas, explaining treatment, and administering the procedure as efficient and painless as possible.
Some of the most rudest people ever. Called me and didn't tell me who they were, obviously I'm wary of who calls me. Man on phone said "is this __?" I said "who is this?" He didn't tell me. So I said wrong number. In which he replied "oh so you say wrong number when I say the name." Jerry, practice ur customer service instead of being rude. All i asked was "who is this?" It wasn't complicated.
These guys took good care of me I would recommend them at any giving time.
