The front office staff was exceptionally lovely… They were so friendly, outgoing and helpful and I was really impressed. Dr. Thosani could not have been nicer. He was very kind and calm, and took his time explaining things to me, answered all my questions and did not make me feel like I was being rushed. Quite frankly, this was one of the nicest office visits I have ever experienced And that is due to the absolute friendliness of all of the staff!!
Great reception on first visit. Friendly and professional staff. Kept me informed regarding each issue we would be addressing.
Staff were friendly, courteous & facility is cleaned, however when I asked Dr. Thosani what kindf procedure ,what are the risks, He just told me to go to the Internet. He said, that every patient who asked him, he told them just mgo to the Internet.... The receptionist gave me some information copied from the Internet the rest I have to giggle.... Iam disappointed+
