Building management lets tenants dogs pee all over the front of the exterior/walking path . It’s extremely disgusting. They hardly, if ever, clean it. A notice should be posted for passing people and sent to tenants to stop this. Updated to a higher review based on owners reciprocation of feedback.

One thing I really appreciate here is the communication. When I needed something fixed asap, or had a concern, the maintenance team would be on top of it. Not just your apartment, but also the amenities! Whenever I had a guest coming over to visit, Hailey would always answer back promptly. Interurban Building is great at hospitality but they’re also great at hosting events and pool parties, which is all thanks to Raymond. I’ve really enjoyed my time living at Interurban Lofts. It’s been a seamless, stress-free experience and such a fun, vibrant place to call home.
