After one of their drivers totaled my car they refused to provide auto insurance information and refused to file a claim. Everyone I spoke to gave me the run around and refused to transfer me to anyone who would answer my questions. After a week I have a totaled car, no claim, no insurance information, and have made a dozen calls to try to resolve this. This is not only extremely dishonest, it's illegal.
