I had a very disappointing experience with Intertek PSI while trying to arrange prototype testing. After going back and forth, I submitted all requested documentation, including fully executed NDAs, but received no response despite sending eight follow-up emails. Kevin J. Reese was the project lead on our testing request. Based on this lack of communication and follow-through, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a responsive and reliable testing partner.
