Intertek staff are always friendly when I ask questions about their services. The results are always delivered on time or earlier than expected. I’ve never had any communication problems with them. I definitely recommend them.
Thus lab has very poor communication skills. I reached out to get a sample tested and they pretty much ghosted me after several attempts to reach out to them. Not worth the money.
