If you're a driver, don't ever accept a load coming in here! It's ridiculous! They have no problem wasting your time! And capstone doesn't care about you either, they just want your money. Which I can't believe the rates they charge for lumper fees, and to be honest I can't even believe there are such thing as lumber fees. Kroger should paid people to unload the the stuff that they bought.

I arrived around 7 pm and my appointment was for midnight, after parking my truck in parking lot I went to check in line. Long line for checking In . Check in @7 pm Got dock number@9pm and 11pm was out of gate.this is so huge facility Thanks for fast service
