I had an extremely unprofessional experience with a technician named George M., who was supposed to work on my tractor trailer. He showed up late and then spent over six hours doing absolutely nothing to address the issue. Instead of working, he stood around smoking cigarettes, cursing loudly, and wasting time. I called to set service they assured me roadside would take care of service and I would get a call from dispatch with eta. Almost 2 hours later dispatch calls me I can hear the girl on the phone argueing with another girl telling her the other company was going to have to get service tomorrow because we called in first. I get 60-90 mins eta. About 10 mins later in get a call from the girl she was argueing with telling me they can't go out to roadcall because tech has already done 2 calls today. Very unprofessional!
