I called them at 4 AM because I ran out of fuel(fuel gauge don’t work boss told me he had somebody fill it) they told me it would be 90 minutes to 2 hours. It was 4° outside. I had to call the highway patrol they let me sit in their car. I told the mechanic when he got there he would have to remove my fuel filters and fill them up. He did not listen to me. I ordered a two truck. Clearly confirmed pick up and delivery location. I was told that truck will be there in an hour, took 3 hours?! AND BELIEVE WHAT, THEY SEND MOBILE SERVICE INSTEAD A TOWING TRUCK?!?! AVOID AT ANY COST!
