Dropped my truck off 2 weeks ago to have the dpf system serviced, fix the sending unit on one of my fuel tanks and a speed sensor that would set my abs light off. Frank in service was awesome. He kept me informed on everything with the truck and the time frame. Overall a great experience.
Rick Paul in body shop was great. Very nice professional guy. But while waiting in drivers lounge. I asked in service and parts department if I could step in and buy something out of vending machines for lunch. The guy said no that's for employees only. Then asked where a customer/driver could find a vending machine he said not any. So it's kinda crazy to have to set here all day and not be able to get anything to eat!! Only get a soda out of drivers lounge! just my opinion.
If I could give them ZERO stars I would. We bought a truck in November 2016, I just received the registration on 3/2/17. I sent an email to Robert Cunningham in January asking about the registration. His response, sometimes it takes the DMV a long time to process the paperwork. OK it could happen. February I email again. Let me see I am trying to get to the bottom of this.
