Everybody here are awesome! They go above and beyond to help you clear the title. I will continue to send business there way
We work with them business to business and they cost the customer thousands of extra dollars due to wasting time and being difficult. After asking a few banks, some of the banks have black listed Devon Title for construction loans and construction lines of credit due to bad reputation.
It has taken months to get one draw from a construction loan. Devon Title is wasting the customers tome and money. They can not keep the files strait. Pretending to be by the book but just out of order. They do not answer the phone and are closed before 5 pm.
Very professional on time and makes the transaction easy.Whether you're purchasing or selling. I would highly recommend using Devin.Ti've used them many times and it's been fantastic every time
