New on-site management is dreadful. The former couple that ran the day to day held themselves professionally and were easy to work with. I would consider the new on-site management a liability. The entire front office smells of marijuana and the women working the desk doesn’t seem to have a clue about anything goin on. Best storage facility I have ever found. Excellent amenities and very clean.
It look safe but is not. Someone broken twice install all my tools in my material but it was more than $10,000 and I reported to the manager or the owner whoever is at the office. I asked him to show me the video and I'll wait for a week for him just to show me a picture but he refused to show me the surveillance cameras video. The excuse that he give me it was that cameras are not function right.
