Sooooo unprofessional of this company to not respond to several phone calls! I have 1 day off a week wich was today, so I needed to rent a storage unit so that I could move my things into storage ON MY ONLY DAY OFF! and I could not get anybody to call me back! And also the party rental company that runs this place does the same thing when you apply for a job! If I could give this zero stars, I would!

They have charged my account two months after clearing the storage unit. Was told they would return the payments to my account and haven't received payment. Been trying to call but no answer and voicemail is full.
