They have a good security there clean storage units my first month I just got the job bought storage and I told him I'd be late and they charged me late payment okay that's fair but it was like $180 on a $55 then when I moved out I cleaned it up but they said there was some sticky stuff on the floor so they kept my deposit to me I don't know about anybody else but there's just want your money and I'll do anything they can to get it I don't recommend it unless you're rich and got money to throw away I was struggling and they ... read more
I needed storage on short notice and they accommodated me. Simple and quick.
After a pretty inconsistent rental history with interstate I have to say thank you for the amount of patience they showed me over a 4 year contract with them . I appreciate the time and understanding that was not required by you but you still provided while working with our family In some of the most difficult circumstances known to a person . Definitely recommended renting from interstate over anyone else in the area
Good sized units, fantastic security, had a few items somehow get a little water damaged in our unit though. It wasn't a big deal, but some books had obviously gotten a little wet and dried off while they were in there. Overall ok, but I have had better storage experiences Edit-I was not the customer on the account, my sister's boyfriend had a unit. I was present for the loading of the unit, and nearly every visit up until we unloaded the unit.
First off I like to admit that we had a mess outside for a few days but we were getting it cleaned up. It is over a hundred degrees outside and we could only do so much each day. We had some items stolen from inside and outside our unit so we called the police and they requested the footage but the footage they gave them was very short and not the time frames we gave them.
