Interstate Security was great to work with. Office staff kept us informed with the install timeline by phone and email. Technicians were really nice guys, respectful to us and our shop. Overall, very pleased how everything went.

The alarm went off when I entered the house 90 minutes ago. I could not disarm it at either panel, so I called the monitoring service and cancelled the alarm. The loud bell started ringing outside, disturbing the neighbor's at 11 pm. The technician still hasn't called and the bell is still ringing. We have used Interstate Security for about 20 years, and usually we've been pretty happy with them, but tonight I think we need to find someone else. I would not recommend them to anyone.
