Brand new homeowner and experienced the first hail damage to my property. Everyone was super knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with everything that was going on. Handled the insurance claimed from start to finish and made things simple. Thanks Interstate, definitely would recommend to anyone!
No opinion just facts: 1). My Sales Rep left the company mid-job 2). Upon signing the contract I was told there was a hard board sider. At this point the company had no endorsed installers in the area. I had to call corporate to request the fulfillment of the contract. 3). There was no dumpster for the siding install. Due to weather the old siding and nails sat in my driveway for 4 days. 4). A project manager was sent to my house to pick up the hundreds of aluminum nails from my yard and driveway at my request.
