Keith Clowe and Interstate Roofing occasionally checked my roof over 12+years and they were always honest about my roof and would tell me when nothing should be done. Then eventually a situation arose and a roof replacement was needed. Keith guided the process the entire way - from the initial meeting with the insurance adjuster and he made sure all hail damage was noted for the full claim.
