First of all let me say that it shouldn't take 6 months to complete the job. I now have a leak off porch roof that rain goes into porch and causing a pool of water by foundation, will have to hire someone to fix. Not everything was fixed so I just paid them. I am not a person to leave unhappy review but a senior shouldn't had to constantly be calling. Wasn't a good situation to go through.
My greatest appreciation for Ryan and Interstate Roofing. I took one of their canvassers up on a free inspection and after showing me the damage on my roof, he got it paid for by my homeowners insurance. He helped us through the claims process and made things extremely easy. Was a little skeptical at first but Ryan was extremely transparent and guided us through the process. Highly recommend taking them up on their free inspection!!!!!!!!
I would strongly encourage anyone and everyone to NOT use "Interstate Roofing". When we had the hail storm back in September of 2025 they gave us a free quote. (You know the drill if you've had to replace your roof). We started the process of getting our roof redone and picked everything out. Killian O'Callahan was fantastic to work with throughout the entire roofing process. Our home sustained hail damage, he guided us through the insurance claim from start to finish and helped ensure our roof replacement was fully covered. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth. Interstate Roofing delivered excellent service, and Killian was a big reason why. Highly recommend.
