Interstate Roofing did an excellent job, after tear off, found out I needed sheathing over existing roof to comply with city code. They installed the sheathing and installed a roofing ventilation system and worked with my insurance for full coverage. This was done in one long day for the roofers. Interstates representative.Shawn Jenkins helped me line up gutter and window repair company’s for final repair of my home. I highly recommend this roofing company for your roofing problems.
Overwhelmed by how and what to do first after a storm damaged our home, on a recommendation we contacted Steven Dye. Steven Dye provided exceptional customer service. He showed up when he said he would, he listened to our concerns, he answered all our calls and questions by sharing his outstanding knowledge and guided us through the insurance claim. It was a pleasure working with them. Very friendly. On point they took the headache out of it. They fought with my insurance company and I did not have to.
I’m not a customer, but Interstate recently replaced my neighbors ‘s roof. I came home in the middle of the project to find roofing materials all over my yard. I asked the roofers to move it—which they did. I left for the weekend and when I returned I found roofing debris all over my backyard, including shingles, large plastic wrapping, nails, etc. The job is finished and nobody came back to clean up the debris. Unprofessional and careless behavior.
