I had used Interstate Roofing in Colorado for our house when hail damage hit.. Then there was a storm in Cheyenne where my parents live! My Interstate Roofing representative was Benjamin Scott for my house. And from start to finish she helped my parents get a new roof as well. Can’t recommend now after using them with no issues several years ago. Never completed and sent estimates after pleading for them for weeks. Cant trust them to do what they say they’re going to do. And would be cautious since the salesman we dealt with sent an inadvertent text that he uses edibles. This was at 7:30am one morning. That was the final straw and we finally figured out why he was so lazy.
We were a victim of the August hail storm, as well as the roofing contractors (mostly locusts) who descended afterwards. Ryan Kolb approached us the day after the storm and from the beginning, he was professional, honest, and projected an air of integrity! He was with us every step of the way, from initiating the insurance claim, to answering all our questions (as well as the insurance company). I would encourage anyone who needs a roof repair to contact Interstate Roofing. Ben Scott was our account manager. He did an amazing job throughout our entire roof replacement. He answered all of our questions and helped us understand the insurance claim process. His team worked so hard and did a beautiful job replacing the roof on our house and on our garage.
Roof job was done very well but they tore up my yard removing there trailer. The had someone lay sod but did not even out the yard where there is a trip hazard. Took a long time to just get that. Once they got the money for the roof they seem to be done. If the yard would have been repaired to what it was I would given more stars.
