Belt broke on the reefer unit. After waiting an hour and a half for the tech to get here, I had to drop the trailer in the bay and pull out, just for a new belt to be put on. Any other place would have just brought the belt out and took the 1 minute to put it on. Took longer to disconnect, drop, then reconnect than to put the belt on. Crazy. Correction, the carrier shop in Toledo, Ohio dropped a leaking fuel tank and put a new one on quicker than this guy replaced a belt that goes around 2 pulleys. I would have replaced it m... read more
What a joke 418.00 (during business hours)for looking at my reefer unit for maybe an hour and then telling me they didn't know what was wrong and couldn't fix it.....
Reefer unit shut down on us Easter Day called interstate spoke with Tyler he says cash only on weekends hit the bank ATM. Tyler is a great guy had us up and running in an hours time and rolling to Mane for on time delivery. Thank you Tyler
There parts department doses not like to pick up calls and doses not like to call back I would get my parts else were
