Trying to get a turbo parts warranty and they won't call me back after a month of turning everything in.
The only honest reefer service in the whole country i am thankful to Brandon who come out on a service call on Saturday night and when I arrived my unit cleared the codes and he advised me on what to do after I delivered my load without charging me. thanks again Brandon we need more humans like that.
I needed a diagnostic on my Carrier reefer unit. The technician was efficient and knowledgeable. Katherine, in the office, was amazing! She would excel in any workplace. Personable, conversant and proficient in sending the diagnostic information to my company. Highly recommend.
Awesome service! Staff was so nice and was able to work with me on a price for my Reefer service. Katherine and Trish in the shop are a great addition to this location!
