I waited more than 3 weeks to get my glasses, my provider quoted that I would get them within 1-2 weeks. I had to call multiple times to my provider to get an update about when they would arrive. I was told two different dates that they would be shipping out and finally after having my provider speak with the lab they were able to get a tracking number confirming they had been shipped. I have waited over 2 weeks for my glasses to come in when I was quoted by my provider 1 in a half to two weeks. Got a phone call this morning from my providing office that this lab lost my frames and when I got the phone number to call to figure out what had happened and what steps I need to take, they are “unable to speak with the patient” and I was hung up on.
