Renata snd Carolina did an excellent job packing for us. Very easy to work with.
The DoD hired this company to do our military move. They broke and ruined several items including expensive bedroom furniture. When we filed a claim, they offered to give us a check in exchange for the damaged items. They showed up at our house trying to “salvage” several pieces of furniture unrelated to our claim. When we said they couldn’t take the pieces they said they couldn’t give us the check and left. Our claim is unresolved and we are left with thousands of dollars worth of damaged items to replace. Second time using this company and both times were smooth and seamless. Wonderful crew today led by Henry Gonzalez. Fantastic work even on a steep driveway they couldn’t pull the truck down. Not a complaint from them and they even worked with me to move some things around as I decided where I wanted them to go. Highly recommend.
