Take some advice from someone living in Long Beach for 25 years DO NOT rent from 251 East Park Ave in Long Beach. It might look beautiful at first because that’s what I thought but once you’re about to move out after the lease is over management aka Heather has no idea how to handle and talk to residents. Trust me never ever EVER rent from interstate management corp. there is a women in charge of tenants named Heather Kessler and she is so nasty and rude she does not care about any tenants and isn’t respectful. She is on a power trip that’s about to end. I am reporting her and this company to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) they need to be fined and shut down for how they run business in Long Beach New York.
