Merely echoing everything else thats been written about Interstate Lock & Key Shop. We were looking for a complete security overhaul of the office space and were completely prepared for this to take a while and cost a hefty sum. However, none of that happened! I just cant stop showering praises on these guys, and Ive got plenty of reasons to do so! First, when I called in Interstate Lock & Key Shop with a service request, the dispatcher was ever so polite and assured me of immediate help. Exceptional! Excellent customer service, extremely prompt, responsive, punctual, professional, skilled, reasonably priced, and friendly. Can you ask for anything more?We had an older lock break on an outside door. I called Interstate Lock & Key Shop , and after sending a photo and specifics about the lock, they sent someone in less than 30 minutes. The lock was replaced at a reasonable charge and the locksmith was very helpful and professional. I would call them anytime and recommend them to EVERYONE!!!
I have to say that these guys went above and beyond. I got locked out of my boyfriend' car and he was out of town. They tried more than 30 key palmutations before they got it, at a cost loss to themselves. They were champs. Highly recommend Interstate Lock & Key Shop.
Total time to get our locks re-keyed, from my initial call to the locksmith departing, was only 90 mins. Wow, talk about fast! Interstate Lock & Key Shop Super helpful. I locked myself out while doing laundry, checked their website and i called,friendly smith was there within 10 minutes. He got the lock undone in about 8 minutes, had a quick form ready, and was off. Put their phone number in your cell. they are avilable 24 hours 7 days a week.
These guys are great - they're going by Interstate Lock & Key Shop. I needed a lock swapped out, I put in a request for a quote online and got a pretty quick response, John pinged me right away and scheduled a time to get the work done. When they ran late, I was updated periodically via their blackberry. I wish UPS and cable were so diligent. They analyzed my old lock and door, made recommendations and gave me an option. The work is solid and great service.
Interstate Lock & Key Shop was great - they arrived in 15 mins and had my door open in another 10. I was quoted $99 on the phone and charged $99, which was perfectly fine by me. Provider (Eli) was friendly and efficient and even let me pay by credit card. I really can't think of anything else I'd want in a locksmith!
