Had an appointment for a new front tire (Dunlop E4) on my Valkyrie this morning. The service from Greg, John, and Brian was just outstanding! I've done business with them for about 15 years now and the service and sales has always been a step above other dealers. Thanks for the outstanding service experience! Price and time to install the tire was right on what they told me. There's intermittent showers in the area today and they completed the work just in time to get home and miss the rain! What service! We've gone in quite a few times over the last few months to find me a helmet. We've also been to quite a few other shops as well. Zach at Interstate Honda is knowledgeable, patient, and truly looks to ensure the customer is fully satisfied. If you're in the market for gear (helmet, etc) the customer service provided by Zach & the others here is PHENOMENAL!
It's a small motorcycle shop and that's EXACTLY how they treat you. I've done business with them a handful of times over the last 20 years doesn't matter how many years go between me walking in the door I get the SAME treatment and that is SOOOOOO rare!

Was on a week long road trip from Alberta, and my 06 VFR was getting a tiny bit of coolant spray on the inner fairings. I had just had a minor leak repaired in my home shop, and thought it was happening again. Interstate diagnosed the issue as a small amount of residual coolant tucked into the bottom of the V4 motor. They had me back on the road trouble-free for the remainder of my 6000 km journey. All for a very reasonable fee and very quick service. Definitely a great shop!

This place is a joke never get a straight answer been waiting 4 months for my fork seals to come in and haven't heard jack this dealership sucks
