This was the 7th time that Ryan has leased an apartment for us. As he has shown us in the past, he stays on top of everything. Back in February of 2025, I requested to see a small house on New Brunswick Ave in Matawan NJ. I brought my fiance as well as my mother and her partner as I never bought a house before.
