We love Interstate Heating and Air! We have used them to replace both the AC and heating units in our two story home and have never been disappointed. Good prices, quality work and excellent customer service. Paul and his team are knowledgeable and professional. Definitely a five star company that we will continue to rely on and refer to friends and family.
We recently had a new furnace/AC installed by Interstate Heating and AC. The whole process went very smoothly. All the techs, LeRoy, Lowell and Brian were very efficient and conscientious about protecting our home. They worked quickly and non-stop until then new system was installed. They were easy to deal with and didn’t try to oversell us. They explained the new system to us and they were patient with us and took the time to answer all our questions.We would highly them to anyone.
Very pleased with Interstate’s service. Called at ~12:30 AM for an AC unit that froze up for the second time in as many days, left a message on their emergency voicemail and got a call back early that morning, with an appointment slot for early afternoon. I wish I could remember the gentleman who came out to help - nothing but courteous, helpful, and especially helpful in giving me tips on the right air filter to use, cleaning the outside AC unit, and giving some next steps in the coming months. We recently had our AC unit and furnace replaced by Interstates, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the very first phone call, they were incredibly responsive and professional. Paul, the owner, came out later that same day to look at our system. He walked me through several different options for replacement units and took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with our old furnace and AC unit. We just had our HVAC system replaced and chose to use Interstate. We were able to get six bids before selecting a company. Paul who initially came and talked to us was the most knowledgeable of the people we spoke with. Bryan who came on the installation day was on time, polite, and efficient.
