We came home from vacation and a/c wasn't working. I called after hours and left a message. I got a call back quickly and the person said they would call and schedule an appointment for the next day. Call came in the morning and had an appointment made for just a few hours later. Tech Brandon showed up on time and worked hard at the repair. A blower was no good in the furnace. Our furnace stopped working overnight and our house was COLD. As usual, they sent a tech out within only a few hours to fix the problem. They are professional, fast and always very transparent in their pricing which I find to be very reasonable. Can’t say enough good things about our experiences with them!
When my last HVAC service provider couldn't fix the issues with the furnace THEY installed, I called Interstate because they're a Lennox Authorized dealer. Jean, who answered the phone knew exactly what I was talking about and even approximately what it would cost. When the tech came out, he spent considerable time making sure of exactly what I needed and then fixed all the issues so quickly I thought he left something out.
