I’m very thankful and appreciative for the people at interstate. I got into an accident a few months ago and interstate did everything in their power to fix my car after I critiqued every little thing. They followed up with me and sent me photos before I came in. My face has a smile on it again!
Back in January, my wife was in a minor accident—she was rear-ended, causing her car to spin out. My wife and I took the car to the Ford Collision Center in Miamisburg that same day, and they provided an estimate on the spot. Unfortunately, the other driver's insurance claims department was extremely unhelpful, but Chris Brown at Ford was a true lifesaver throughout the entire process.
