Easy check-in. Went in for an oil change on my Ford Escape. I chose to wait. Wait time was not long. The lounge area is lovely and comfortable. The main thing I appreciate is knowing my vehicle will be thoroughly inspected and what I requested is done. They don't try and upsale. All customer service representatives I dealt with were courteous and friendly.
