Worst place ever to buy a vehicle. I bought a car for 13,500. It was a Nissan Armada. I told the salesman I’m a disabled Vet and I have kids who would be relying on this vehicle. I thought he was a nice guy who cared. jokes on me. This is a nightmare come true. I bought this car outright now I couldn’t have afforded the warranty so I trusted him when he said this is a great running car that will last you years to come. I bought this on November 7th. Car is now having shifting problems. I took it to a shop and found out that ... read more
found out today I was lied to when buying a used car. Caleb told me ALL fluids had been changed prior to me picking it up.. that was a lie. The car needed service on the DIFS, and Haldex , as it was overdue by over 50,000 miles. buyer beware! ANYTHING to sell a car! not happy with the lies and false information. buy elsewhere!
Buyer Beware. I cannot over exaggerate the nightmarish experience I’ve had since purchasing a used car from this place earlier this year. The Kia’s engine died less than 6 months after I I purchased it. The extended warranty that the dealership game me denied the claim. A KIA dealership replaced the engine. I drive it less than a mile. It completely stopped. Now I’m being told that the alternator/ starter didn’t work. Now I’m out more than 6 grand after having to purchase another car less than 7 months after buying from thos... read more
Allison C. I bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Interstate Ford aka Cincyautos aka Kings Auto Mall contact agent for these businesses Robert C. Reichert. I bought this car 1 year ago for $22,000. The Kelly Blue Book for the car is $3,250.00. The car has been burning oil and have had 8 oil changes in the last year to keep it running. The car now has a blown motor. Never should you buy a car and have to change the motor within the same year. These companies are sad beyond belief taking advantage of young people trying to have r... read more
I bought a 2019 f150 in July 2022. Right off the lot I needed windshield wiper replaced and needed an oil change. They said they couldn't get me in for a month. Not sure why they sold me it with these basic issues that should be checked before you sell a vehicle. By September the engine was shot and needed to be fully replaced. It was covered under warranty which is good. From there I was never contacted about the progress of the engine. I only got a response when I reached out, and they kept pushing the end date further out... read more
The worst car buying/customer experience. We bought a used Kia with a limited warranty in cash for our 16 yo son. By the time it was driven home from the dealership the windshield wipers quit working. They worked fine when I had test drove it a few days before purchase. We texted the salesperson that night, and called the next morning. Before we could even get it back to the dealership we discovered the passenger side doors did not lock. Parts department said it would be taken care of. When we asked about a loaner car since ... read more
It’s Christmastime, and I almost felt like I was going to have to defend my family. My wife and I were on our way to a Christmas luncheon when we were cut off by a car on 725. As we passed Sycamore hospital, the car came over into my lane and cut me off again. I pulled up beside the car and the driver was smiling and flipping us off. Believe it or not, we thought it was someone we knew at first glance (we are locals), so I followed them into interstate Ford’s parking lot. I tried to pull up next to the car and realized we ha... read more
False advertising? We would never buy a car from them in a million years. In all fairness, maybe it was just the salesman. But then again maybe that is how they choose to do business. They advertise that they have guaranteed credit approval. They target people with credit problems. What they don't disclose until the last minute is that they require a HUGE down payment. We really just wanted to browse but we were continually harassed by the salesman. In addition, he lied to us and made the pretenses of running inside to get s... read more
Absolutely no service after the sale. Less than a year ago I purchased a 2011 Fiesta from Interstate Ford. Since then, it has been in their service department for multiple issues, the most recent pertaining to the transmission. Like most people, I have a car because I rely on it to get to work. Well, my car has now been in their service department for over a week. They will not tell me when to expect it back, or even whats wrong with it. They refuse to provide any customer service and would not even give me a loner car. Even... read more
