Worst place to deliver to. They don’t reinvest into their company to buy a new lift to unload trucks in a timely manner. Every carrier should refuse service to these people.
Great company, and Jeff is a pleasure to deal with. All of us in this industry struggle with consumers who expect anyone in the fastener industry to be a hardware store where they can pop in to buy 5 screws... its not what our companies do! For those that know quality manufacturers, ITP is at the top of the list.

We are a state contractor and we need a few 5/8 nuts. They would not sell to us , we even offered double list price. Don't waste your time here.
